Refund policy
At Crystal Arborist, we pride ourselves with providing our Customers with the utmost Care and the Best Service that we can provide. Some Items can not be replaced, so if there is an issue with your Order please keep this in mind. As a result we hold a strict No Return Policy. If you are experiencing any issues with your Order, Please Contact Me via the chat bubble on the Home Screen, and I will answer any questions or concerns as soon as possible. Please also bare in mind that I pack and ship Orders to the best of my ability, and in the rare instance that it should become damaged or lost during shipping, that I'am not responsible for said issue. I will; however, try and contact the Post Office and do whatever I can, should such a situation occur.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
