The Bright Side

   In the Gemstone Mountains grow Flowers. Flowers of many different kinds, shapes, and colors. Hues of Azure and Ruby. Brightest yellow. More colors than you can imagine. They color the Mountainside in shades of rainbows.

    When the Sunlight finds their crystaline petals, the Light refracts and shines. A dazeling display. A brilliant play of Light and Color. They Shine like a thousand tiny Stars, twinkling as they sway gently in the wind. 

    The story becomes different; however, when they become shaded or found by the Dark of Night. The Flowers refuse to Shine. They close up and sleep. The view becomes very different. 

     The Flowers of the Gemstone Mountains bloom, only in Sunlight or the Light of the Moon. There may be Darkness, but there is always Light. 

    Perspective is everything. In the Dark, they may not Bloom and Shine, but the Flowers continue to Grow. They Rest so they can start again. There is still Beauty in that which is unseen. 

    If you look hard enough, somewhere there is always a Bright Side. The world turns, and somewhere on the planet, the Sun still Shines. Times may be tough. It may seem like the end at times. But those are the Moments to Remember the Flowers.
